PANO Budapest's breads are classic, wild sourdough breads, made from Hungarian wheat, with a long maturing process, without additives. Just as in the days of our parents and grandparents, the bread is made with flour, water and salt, without yeast or other additives. We started the plant with the idea that artisanal technology can be adapted to an industrial environment with the right professional skills. The factory is largely run by machines, with professionalism and attention from the founders and the team.
